Well it was that time again! They were excited about getting the plans underway for their twenty-year Class Reunion. They have been busy over the past couple of weeks scouting around for that perfect location. They have viewed well over a dozen different venues in which to hold their reunion. This has proven to be quite a difficult task as they want it to be perfect. This is not something that happens every day so it makes sense they would want it to be very memorable.
They looked at several hotels, a nightclub, a possible yacht, and even a private home that is used for such gatherings, but none of them have felt quite right. So it was time to sit down and do some serious research into other possible venues including one that an acquaintance thought would be the perfect choice. A venue they were told was called Slice.
So their research began in earnest, yet each one they looked into and toured just seem to fall short of their expectations. Some were too large, others too small, catering was not included, a bar was not an option, no dance floor, and just where did you say the bathrooms were again!
So okay, it was time to look into that place their acquaintance seemed to love. The place that made them think of cake or pie, Slice. So the first thing they did was google it so they could read up on it and see just what was offered and what was not. Well so far they were impressed with the web page and all the information it offered. The picture of the floor plan was well done and it was nearly the perfect size and they loved the layout of it. So the second thing they did was to read up on all the testimonies that people sent in. There were so many upbeat and very positive comments in regards to not only the place, but the service as well. This was definitely looking great so far.
They next went to the tab that offered several different pictures of other types of parties and or gatherings that had taken place there. They fell in love with the way it looked all set up. The lighting, the table layouts, the food dishes, and even pictures of the people having an absolute blast. Speaking of food, as that was probably the most important item that they needed to check into. Yes, catering was available, but what about menus? Did they have different menus to choose from or did they have a set menu? Were alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available? Their decision was made; A Slice of heaven it would be!
